I am the founder of Iteronix and the creator of the VECTOR method, a practical system designed to bring clarity, discipline, and measurable results to small and mid-sized companies.

For over eight years, I have worked with teams and leaders across industries — from tech and services to production — helping them turn daily chaos into structure, predictability, and progress.

 

What I’ve learned is that most businesses don’t fail because of lack of talent or effort, but because of lack of structure.

I’ve collaborated with international organizations, helping them reduce parallel projects, align strategy with execution, and transform initiatives into measurable outcomes.

I’ve guided managers and teams to clarify priorities, communicate better, and rebuild trust in the way their business operates.

 

From this experience, the VECTOR method was born — inspired by the principles of Kaizen and Agile.

It’s an acronym that defines six practical, action-oriented steps:

 

• V – Visualize: See the real work clearly.

• E – Experiment: Test small, safe, meaningful changes.

• C – Clarify: Cut through noise and focus on what truly matters.

• T – Tackle: Finish what you start, one thing at a time.

• O – Observe: Track the effects of your actions.

• R – Refine: Fix what’s not working and keep improving.

 

The method is supported by the ARC values:

Assume responsibility, Respect the client, and have the Courage to correct.

 

I believe that real progress doesn’t come from sudden change but from consistent refinement and attention to detail.
